14 of us celebrated my father's 88th birthday last Saturday night.We had such a wonderful dinner!All the food was excellent,service impeccable,great atmosphere and we weren't rushed.Michaela was our server and she went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable. Love the beet salad so much- other great menu ite.s too Nice dinner selection. . Don't order a mixed drink here however, tastes like cough syrup. My table agreed! Stick with wine. Beautiful bar very much under utilized due to cocktails quality.

In town for a conference and Baxter's was close to the hotel and had good reviews so we stopped in for dinner. No wait and seated immediately. It's a nice atmosphere where you could go for a special occasion or just a casual dinner. The attire was mixed when observing other patrons. We were business casual and felt comfortable. We skipped the appetizer and had a couple of drinks. The lemon drop martinis were good. Another person in our party ordered the local craft beer and said it was good as well. I had the smother pork chop, and it was the best one I have ever had. Cooked perfectly. Served over potatoes. Definitely recommend.
